SHIPPING INFORMATION

Sneakedin® uses a variety of post and courier companies to offer our customers an affordable and fast delivery service. Orders are shipped from one central location, based in Melbourne.


We aim to send all orders out within 24-48hrs. Orders placed after 9am AEST on Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during busy times such as promotion periods, the Christmas/New Year period, other public holidays and during sale time. All email communication regarding shipping will come from hello@sneakedin.com, which will advise who your order was sent through, tracking details and an estimated arrival day.

If you have marked "Authority to Leave" on your order then Sneakedin® will not be held accountable for any missing items and/or orders.


DOMESTIC - AUSTRALIA

We offer free shipping for all orders over $25 within Australia.  A flat rate shipping charge will apply to all orders under $25. Any gift cards purchased do not count towards the $25 amount to qualify for free domestic shipping.

For major Metropolitan areas (excluding Perth), most orders will arrive within 2-3 business days, but may take up to 5 business days. For regional areas and Western Australia it can take up to 6-7 business days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL - OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

International orders are shipped via Courier, with the most affordable option between Australia Post and DHL for your location.

Please note that Sneakedin® is not responsible or liable for any taxes related to importing goods into the country where the items are being delivered. International orders are collated before being shipped which may result in a delay of the order being sent.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand that finding the right accessory can be challenging, especially when it comes to sneakers. That's why we offer exchanges and refunds if you’re not happy with your purchase. 


You will be able to exchange it for another product in our store, or if you are unable to find another item that you’d like, we can offer you store credit or refund.


If you need to exchange your item(s) for a different colour, please follow these guidelines:

The item(s) must be unused and with all original packaging included.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate the exchange process.

Please email us at hello@sneakedin.com with your order number. 

Once your request has been approved, a return shipping label and instructions for returning your order will be sent to your chosen email.

Once we receive the item(s) and verify that they are in new and unused condition, we will send you the requested colour (if available) free of charge.


Please note that all returns / exchanges are subject to inspection. SneakedIn® reserves the right to refuse a return / exchange if the item does not meet the return policy criteria or shows signs of misuse, wear and tear, or damage.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team.

However, if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. You can organise a return once the items have been received.

Orders may be cancelled or placed on hold if there is an inability to authorise a credit card, potential of fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason or circumstance.

In the event, that one of the above has taken place, and your nominated payment has been charged, your order may be cancelled and a refund issued.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell products to you if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to resell the products. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer.

PAYMENT METHODS & TAXES

We accept several payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, Shop Pay and GiftCard. 

PAYPAL

PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to Paypal to finalise your order. Once your order is completed, you will be automatically redirected to sneakedin.com

TAXES

Australian sales tax (GST) is included in the products price, but international customers may have additional fees on arrival to your country.

PROMOTIONS

Sneakedin® holds the right to change, alter or withdraw promotions at any time if circumstances make this necessary.

Select another winner from the valid entry pool in place of any forfeited winning entries.

All promotions have products that are subject to availability.

Disqualify any entrant who they deem to be reselling, violating conditions or abusing the promotion process. These entrants can also be disqualified from future promotions.

PRIVACY

Sneakedin® is committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. Once you have a login, you will receive newsletters with the latest product information and promotions, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.


If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, it will contain the necessary information to opt out. We do not disclose your personal information to any entities or individuals outside of Sneakedin®.


Any obsolete information that we no longer need is discarded. If you have any amendments or require access to your personal information, contact us at hello@sneakedn.com

Upon completing your order and checking out you agree to be added to the Sneakedin® mailing list. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time.
